About Gwen and Mary Safehaven LLC

At Gwen and Mary Safehaven LLC, we are more than just a shared housing provider—we are a place of refuge, purpose, and new beginnings. Founded on years of experience serving seniors, veterans, and individuals in need, our organization was created to uplift those who often go unheard. After working in hospice and personal care, and personally overcoming the challenges of a breast cancer diagnosis, our founder was inspired to create a safe space for others navigating life’s toughest transitions.

We serve displaced veterans, seniors, domestic violence survivors, and individuals re-entering society from incarceration or homelessness. Our housing model focuses on compassion, community, and long-term independence, offering residents not just a roof—but a path forward.

Home-Like Environment

Our residences are designed to feel like home. Each property includes shared kitchens, dining rooms, living spaces, and laundry facilities for up to 8–10 residents—fostering connection and comfort.

Compassionate Admissions Process

We offer urgent after-hour admissions and welcome residents with dignity and care, understanding that every story is different and every journey deserves respect.

Whole-Person Support

From case management and community referrals to medication reminders and emotional support, we address the full spectrum of resident needs for lasting independence.

We understand that choosing the right housing program is an important decision. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about Gwen and Mary Safehaven LLC. If you need more information, feel free to contact us directly—we’re here to help.

We serve displaced veterans, seniors, individuals overcoming domestic violence, and adults re-entering society after incarceration or homelessness. All applicants must be willing to live in a shared, drug- and alcohol-free environment.

Our residents enjoy fully furnished shared or private rooms, paid utilities, Wi-Fi, access to a shared kitchen, dining and living areas, laundry facilities, 24-hour surveillance, and weekly Sunday meals. Case management and support services are also available.

We offer flexible rental terms ranging from six to twelve months. Residents may be eligible to extend their stay based on progress and availability.

We accept SSI, SSID, Private Pay, and various Government Funds. If you’re unsure which applies to you, our staff will assist you in navigating the payment process.

Yes. Residents have access to case management services, medication reminders, referrals to community resources, and connections to physicians, therapists, and social workers.
